Do you offer volume-based pricing?
We do, for more information, please submit your request on the Request for Quotation section.
Do you rent or provide loaner equipment?
No, however, sometimes we may have certain certified tools available that we may rent out for a short-term rental.
Do you repair units?
We can repair many small gages at our laboratory from known brands (Ex: Mitutoyo, Gagemaker, Fowler). Some tools may not be able to be repaired based on a number of different factors.
I sent over a PO, when will I get confirmation?
Most orders are entered the same day they are received. Once entered into our system, you will receive an acknowledgment via email.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, Checks, ACH and Wire Transfers.
We are tax exempt – how do I get my account updated?
You can email your tax exemption certificate via the Contact Us form below. We need to receive your certificate prior to your order being shipped in order to avoid charging sales tax. If we receive it after the shipment, you will have to pay for the applicable tax.
How do I go about canceling my order?
Please contact us via the Contact Us form below. Please note some special order items may not be cancellable or returnable.
What is my tracking number? When will my order arrive?
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided when the order was placed. This confirmation will contain information on which items shipped and a link to the tracking number.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our primary carrier is UPS, although we ship via most national carriers including FedEx and DHL. We ship most orders Prepaid and Added to the invoice. We can ship orders collect to your carrier’s account.
