What is the pick-up process?
Pick-up and Delivery services are available only to local customers in the Houston, TX area.
After we receive your purchase order for calibration service, we will communicate with your person of contact to schedule a pick-up. Pick-up and Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the exception of holidays and any emergency rush orders. Please let us know if there are any special instructions to pick-up and deliver at your location (shipping and receiving hours, PPE requirements, etc.)
What is the delivery process?
Once your order is complete, a DTech representative will send you a notification via email. This will include a file containing your electronic certificates (if you have opted out of receiving paper certificates) and an expected delivery date and time frame. Our driver will deliver your equipment to your designated shipping and receiving area and request the receiver’s signature on our copy of the packing slip.
If you are picking up at our Will Call area, you are welcome to stop by during our business hours to pick up your items once you receive the notification that your order is complete.
All orders are invoiced immediately after our office receives the signed copy of the packing slip. If you have any questions regarding your delivery or certificates, please send an email to service@dtechcalibration.com for assistance.
